Boneless Veal minced from either dairy calves or calves up to 12 months old ( rose veal) Not crate kept calves. We buy our veal from local abattoirs on the bone and butcher it ourselves. We use quality prime cuts in our minces and not offcuts.

Deliveries available on orders over £20 (after tax). All orders must be placed and paid for before 12:00pm the day before delivery is due. Deliveries to the Manchester & Stockport areas are made on Fridays weekly. Orders need to be placed by 12:00pm on Thursday.
